What is a Sadhana?

Sadhana is a Devotional Daily practice—an intentional consistent ritual that purifies the mind, strengthens the spirit, and deepens one’s connection to the sacred.

Your sadhana is the anchor of your spiritual life — a living ritual that reconnects you to your body, your breath, and the deeper intelligence guiding your path.


 However, most people try to force themselves into practices that aren’t truly aligned with their energy, or their season and cycle of life. They also try to commit to long practices to start, which can set one up for failure.

This offering is different.

Together, we craft a unique journey that meets you exactly where you are — spiritually, emotionally, and somatically, and caters to how much time you have to practice. It can begin with a practice as little as 5-10 minutes, and will be in alignment with your lifestyle needs to nourish and support you.

This can include breathwork, kriya (dynamic evolutionary action), mantra, meditation, mudra, asana, japa practice, journaling, sound practices, somatic grounding, somatic release techniques, and self care woven into a ritual that feels natural, nourishing, exciting, and deeply yours.

What’s Included:

  • The crafting your personalized Rising or Evening Ritual

  • Energetic + somatic assessment (what your system and spirit needs each day). Together we explore current emotional/energetic themes, nervous system needs, where you’re expanding, where you’re untangling, and what you’re calling in and cultivating.

  • All in alignment with your needs, and how much time you have to practice each day. (It can be as little as 5-10 minutes)

  • Uniquely selected Mantra or Sound Practice (Sacred Sound Technology and Frequency for Alignment), & Mudra (Sacred Hand Gesture that Seals and Directs Energy).

  • We will craft a refined practice with the non-negotiable tools for your busier days, and also the full devotional version.

  • This will include your full & refined devotional daily ritual, clear step by step instructions, times for each kriya & breath practice, written mantras, picture of selected mudra, weekly journal prompt check ins, and audio / video links (if selected).

  • I will send our zoom recording of our session via email

  • Suggestions for creating a devotional home space that anchors your practice.

  • A PDF to help the sadhana land in your daily life and nervous system, and to support the follow-through and devotion without pressure or shame.

  • Sattva meditation cultivates the luminous quality of consciousness, helping you rest in presence and reconnect with your natural state of ease. This technique includes one pranayama, one kriya, and mantra based meditation that supports both spiritual attunement and emotional regulation, inviting a deep return to your grounded, centered Self.

  • Item Japa mala practice is the meditative repetition of a mantra using a string of 108 beads to keep count and anchor awareness. The mala becomes a tactile guide that steadies the mind, regulates the breath, and deepens concentration. Moving bead by bead creates a rhythmic, embodied prayer that aligns thought, energy, and intention. Over time, Japa builds inner stillness, devotion, and a subtle rewiring of the mind toward clarity and peace.

  • After our session, I will send a beautiful follow along video with music of your full & refined devotional daily ritual, as well as separate recorded audios of the selected mantras.

  • A 30 minute follow up integration sessions to refine, deepen, and adjust the practice as you evolve.
