Over the course of two months, I’ll be holding both private and small-group Kambo ceremonies upon request, for those called to cleanse the body, sharpen energetic clarity, and reconnect with their inner intelligence.

3 Day Yoga Oasis Immersion
Join us for the Hilo Immersion Weekend — a three-day, retreat-style experience over MLK Weekend to nourish your body, clear your mind, and reset your nervous system. Enjoy yoga immersions, breathwork, fascia release, sound healing, cacao ceremony, restorative practices, nourishing meals, and one 30-minute bodywork session (first-come, first-pick scheduling). Attendance is flexible; move at your own pace.
Modest Mouse Cruise: Ice Cream Floats
During this multi-band musical cruise experience headlined by Modest Mouse, we are honored to offer a complementary wellness component to balance the high-energy atmosphere. Throughout the journey, we will facilitate two guided yoga sessions and two immersive sound healing sessions, designed to support grounding, relaxation, and somatic integration amidst the excitement of live music at sea.
This unique fusion of rock performance and restorative practice invites guests to not only enjoy the auditory and social experience of the cruise, but also reconnect with their bodies, nervous systems, and breath. The sessions are open to all experience levels and offer a calm, supportive space to integrate the magic of the multi day experience of music & fun.

The Heart Awakening Valentine’s Day Ceremony at Yoga Oasis Hawai‘i in Hilo offers a transformational experience through Holotropic Breathwork, Ceremonial Cacao, and immersive Sound Therapy with 432 Hz instruments. This event supports emotional healing, energetic alignment, and deep heart-centered awareness.

We bring over 500 hours of advanced RYT training in the Himalayas with our master teacher, Anandji Mehrotra, immersed in the heart of ancient yogic technologies; Including mantra, advanced kriya, somatic release techniques, asana, and pranayama. We have an additional 500 hours of RYT in therapeutic, ceremonial, hatha, and yin yoga. These sacred practices blend ancient wisdom, sacred ceremony, and modern healing techniques, allowing you to deepen your connection to self, earth, and spirit. Join us to experience the transformative power of ritual, breath, kriya, and movement as a path to Inner harmony, embodied presence, and profound spiritual evolution.
Ceremonial Sound Therapy
Journey into carefully selected frequencies and vibrations, such as binaural crystal singing bowls, alchemy bowls, tibetan bowls, flutes, rattles, gongs, angelic song, toning, guitar, chimes, drums, didgeridoo, handpan, and live looping with harmonic layers. We create sacred, and safe containers that aim to promote deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, altered brainwave states and elevated states of consciousness. Ceremonial sound allows participants to lean into deep emotional healing, and deeper connection to their inner selves and spirit.
1:1 Integration Sessions & Support
We offer certified trauma informed, earth-rooted, spiritual & somatic support to help you integrate plant medicine, psychedelic experiences, spiritual awakening, life transitions, emotional breakthroughs, & personal change. Together, we will alchemize expanded / dysregulated states into grounded, embodied transformation.
1:1 Sadhana & Ritual Crafting
A sacred daily devotional practice crafted uniquely for you. This is an initiation alchemizing your daily life into living prayer & sacred ceremony. This offering guides you into a daily ritual that anchors freedom, devotion, & transformation into your daily rhythm. We work together to craft a practice to serve your needs, nervous system, spiritual path, & current season; weaving daily life with ceremony for grounded transformation.
Earth Medicines
Sacred Plant and Amphibian Medicines, used in ceremonial and therapeutic contexts to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. These offerings involve guided ceremonies, during which individuals can access deep healing, profound insights, release emotional blockages, and connect with the wisdom of nature to support their overall well-being and personal growth.
Transformational Breathwork Sessions
Transformational breathwork sessions offer a profound and healing experience by guiding participants through conscious and controlled breathing patterns. These sessions create a safe and supportive space for individuals to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and access deeper states of consciousness. Usui & Shamanic Reiki
Shamanic Reiki, rooted in the Andean Illumination Process, is a powerful form of energy healing that clears stagnation, releases dense or heavy energies, and restores harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. Using ancient Andean techniques and intuitive energy work, energetic imprints in the luminous field are gently transformed into light. Combined with traditional Reiki—of which we are Level 3 certified practitioners—this work offers deep energetic cleansing, nervous system soothing, and a renewed sense of clarity, vitality, and alignment with your true essence.
